Delicious sand cookies
25 a dag of butter or margarine, 25 day of sugar, 35-40 a dag of flour, a single serving of vanilla sugar, 2 spoons of milk, pinch of salt
Melt the butter in a saucepan and lightly brown, then pour it into a bowl and wait until it solidifies. Pour in sugar, salt and vanilla sugar and grate until a fluffy mass is formed. Then add the sifted flour and cold milk, quickly knead the dough. Divide them into 3 parts, make a shaft with a diameter of each 4 cm and put them on the refrigerator board, make them firm well. After taking it out, cut into quite thick (ok. 1 cm) slices, put on a greased baking sheet and bake through 1 5 min. in a well-preheated oven.
Cookies can be stored in a tin box approx. 2 weeks. They are exceptionally tasty, melting in the mouth, perfect as an addition to tea.
