Alcoholic cocktails (proportions on 1 a glass)

For the preparation of alcoholic cocktails, you need a shaker - quite high, most often metal, less often a plastic vessel with a tight lid and a strainer. Mix the cocktails in it by shaking it.
If we don't have it, a tall glass vessel can be used for this purpose, e.g. pitcher, and a long glass stirrer.
When mixing cocktails, the so-called. chaff, that is, crushed ice cubes. The finished drink is poured through a strainer and only the whole ice cube is put into the glass before serving. It is not always necessary, because shaker shakes tend to be chilled enough. Alcoholic cocktails are served in tall glasses; the best ones are, which have a thick bottom, because they keep the temperature of the fluid cool longer.

• Bloody Manka

50 g of vodka, 100 g of tomato juice, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a few drops of Maggi or - if we have - Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper

Tomato juice, Mix vodka and lemon juice in a shaker, by adding ice chaff. Drain into a glass, season Maggi, salt and pepper. Add an ice cube.

• with gin and vermouth

50 g ginu (it may be juniper), 50 g of dry vermouth, 50 g of orange juice, half a slice of orange

Mix the ingredients in a shaker, strain, put half a slice of orange and an ice cube into a glass. This drink can be prepared as a reserve in a larger vessel and poured on guests, adding ice and orange slices. It can also be made with grapefruit juice.

• White Bear

50 g of vodka, half a slice of lemon, a quarter of a slice of orange, half a teaspoon of powdered sugar, ice Cube, dry champagne

Put an ice cube into the glass, fruit and sugar. Pour in the vodka and refill the chilled vessel, dry champagne. Stir with a mixer. Serve with a straw.
This very fashionable cocktail based on vodka and champagne is perfect for drinking the so-called. stirrup - before the guests leave.
