Crumble with fruit (Fruit Crumble) – Portion for 2 people

Bottom:
225 g of fruit for compote allowed sweetener to taste

Top:
2 heaped spoons of ground rice
1 heaped tablespoon of permitted margarine
1/2 a teaspoon of powdered permitted sweetener

Boil the fruit with the sweetener in a little] the amount of water, until they are almost soft. Transfer to a small cake mold. Put the ground rice and margarine in a bowl and stir with a fork or fingers until the mass starts to resemble crumble or bread crumbs. Sweeten to taste and cover the cooked fruit with this cake.
Bake in a hot oven (220°C) until the top is browned. Serve hot or cold.

POSSIBILITIES

Fruit: apples, blackberries with apples, plums, moral, brzoskwinie łub renklody

CAUTION: If you are allergic to yeast, peel the fruit and serve it hot.

1 fruit portion as a compote (tooth. possibilities)
an acceptable sweetener
1 a portion of the dough to cover (tooth. possibilities)

Wash the fruit, peel and, if it's required, remove the stones. Cut into pieces and boil in a little water for a few minutes, until they soften. Sweeten to taste. Take the drained fruit into a bowl, keeping the decoction.
Prepare any dough and roll it out. Line the mold with the sides with the dough. Put the fruit into the mold, cover with dough, stick the edges, straighten them with a knife and roll them like dumplings with your fingers. Make a hole in the center, for the steam to escape. Bake in a hot oven (220°C) about 20 minutes Serve hot or cold (can be served with the preserved broth).

POSSIBILITIES

Pie: apple, almond or oil cake
Fruit: rhubarb, moral, apples, blackberries with apples, peaches, plums, renklody, or apples with black currants

CAUTION: If you are allergic to wheat or gluten, choose apple pie. Oil cake is suitable for a dairy-free diet. Serve immediately after baking on a yeast-free diet.
