Fruit islands (Fruit Islands) – Portion for 2 people

450 g of fruit for compote (tooth. possibilities)
an acceptable sweetener
1 a heaped tablespoon of ground rice
150 ml of fluid allowed (tooth. possibilities)

Prepare the fruit and put it in the dish. Add a little water and sweeten to taste. Cook for a few minutes, until soft. Leave to cool down, and then blend to a smooth puree.
Put the ground rice into a bowl and mix it, gradually pouring liquid. Add half of the fruit puree and sweeten to taste. Bring to a boil and heat over low heat, constantly stirring, about 4 minutes, until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and cool.
Shape the rice mass into a mound and cover it with the rest of the fruit puree. (If the puree is too thick, they can be diluted with water.)

POSSIBILITIES
Fruit: black currant, Red currant, plums, renklody, raspberries, moral, peaches or gooseberries
Liquid: cow milk, goat's milk, soy milk or water

Toasts with fruit (Fruit Charlotte) – Portion for 1 persons

100 g of fruit boiled in a minimum amount of water (tooth. possibilities)
1-2 slices of plain or legal bread
a fair bit of legal margarine
an acceptable sweetener

Keep the cooked fruit on low heat to keep it hot. Bake the bread on one side. Turn over and brush with margarine. Roast on the grill through 1 a minute, to brown. Sprinkle or pour over the sweetener and bake again, until it starts sizzling.
Place the toast on a warm plate and cover with fruit.

Fruit: moral, apples, peaches, plums, renklody
CAUTION: If necessary, use wheat-free and soy-free bread.
