Quince fruit liqueur
Finely chop or grate the fully ripe quince fruit, then put the mass aside for a few days in a covered dish. Then squeeze out the juice and weigh it carefully. Pour the juice into a large jar and put on 1 l juice to take 1 l 40 percent alcohol. Immediately add sugar to taste, a small piece of cinnamon and a few cloves. Seal hermetically and wait at least 3 months. Then filter, pour into bottles and wait a few more weeks. It's worth it!
