In the "living food" school, soups are offered based on fresh vegetable juice or fruit mixed with other ingredients.
For example, I give 2 regulations:
1. Carrot soup
3 cups of carrot juice
1 a cup of peanuts (soaked by 6 hours)
1 a small zucchini
1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin seeds
Blend the carrot juice with the remaining ingredients, until the consistency is cream. Serve with alfalfa sprouts and grain crisps.
2. Zupa owocowa
1/2 cups of walnuts
1 a small bunch of grapes (seedless)
1 big apple, defense, diced
1 a cup of fresh apple juice
Soak the nuts on 6 hours. Then chop them finely. Blend together with the other ingredients, until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
